Recipe for one using the George Foreman Grill. Broiler works fine too. Quick and simple. Plus a great way to get in your Omega 3's. Just add a side of fresh veggies.

Low(er) sodium meatloaf. This recipe is using a 93/7 mixture of ground beef. 1 serving will be approx 5 ounces of cooked product.

I am using chia seeds in place of bread crumbs to really reduce sodium content, you can easily use regular bread crumbs but that will raise the sodium content another 2-300 mg on average per serving, putting it closer to 500 mg sodium.
