Going to College and having a full time job can make it difficult to eat well, especially on a budget. Instead of laying down and taking it, I am going to get all of my time "intensive" cooking for the week done in one day so all I have to do is reheat and eat!

While going through my recipe inventory recipe, I found this! I made these after having a similar store bought bar that I later found out was 320 calories (eek!). I read the ingredients and found out they used coconut milk, which is extremely high in sugar and calories. This are even better and have only 23% of the original's calories.
