These are surprisingly delicious! I found the recipe in a cookbook and adjusted it to my liking. Very yummy on high fiber english muffins with low fat cheese and burger fixings or atop a bed of lettuce!

This is a delicious recipe with great restraunt taste! You can decrease the sodium by using low sodium soy sauce. The meat is very tender.

This is a delicious recipe that can be used with any berries. You can always combine them for a variety of flavors in one pie! If you would like a sweeter pie, add 1/4 cup additional sugar.
