This simple, nutritious soup can be changed to your liking by making your own broth or switching the types of beans. I used green lentils, but red lentils, and garbanzos are great as well. Submitted by BRANUBODY08 Carbs: 23.1g | Fat: 3.9g | Fiber: 6.1g | Protein: 4.6g | Calories: 141.3

I love this recipe. I added spinach because I'm not much of a salad eater and it's a sneaky little way to get an extra serving of my veggies for the day. Believe it or not... you can't taste the spinach or even tell it's in there. I make a large batch all at once and save some in the fridge. I haven't tried it yet, but I bet you could also freeze them like a fruit pop. Submitted by PINKSEATURTLES Carbs: 24.5g | Fat: 0.4g | Fiber: 4.8g | Protein: 2.4g | Calories: 102.9
