Cookbook creator says: You can boil a whole chicken, taking the meat off the bones. Add lowfat sour cream to ench sauce, cook to thicken. I like to soften the tortillas in just a bit of warm olive oil to keep them from getting soggy. Pour sauce over the top before putting in the oven. 10 mins appr. Let cool for 20 mins
