Raw Foods Detox

Starting Monday (June 27) I will be doing a raw foods detox, hopefully for about a week. I'd like to try some of these recipes, and I'd also like to just have them around for some super healthy alternatives for when I'm off the detox.

Did you ever think that avocados could be used for something OTHER than guacamole? They are a fruit - so let's make them into something sweet! This stuff is great as an alternative to yogurt on granola.

This recipe was born out of a deep-seated, insatiable craving for jalepeno poppers. I found at the local grocery store a pack of mini or small bell peppers. I took them home and stuffed them with neufenchal (?) cheese.
