This is a great lite dip or it can be used in place of sour cream on top of enchiladas, in tacos, etc. or in place of mayo on a sandwhich!!

Adds protein and nutrients to your salad without adding a lot of fat! Only about 16 calories per 2 tbsp serving, compared to 30-50 for store bought fat free ranch dressing. And at least 4x more protein.

Use on pancakes, waffles, toast, or whatever you like. Makes a nice sweet topping in place of syrups. Plus under 40 calories per serving....My little ones say it looks just like ketchup!
