I am assembling a cook book for chewing compromised people . These recipes are easy to prepare and healthy too! It provides choices other than the usual "smoothie".
After recent dental surgery, I found a need existed for some specific ideas, not just general advice.

If you like dill, this is my favorite way to prepare salmon. "Gourmet " enough to be used for a company dinner" meal.
Any left overs make a great, cold salmon salad mixed with left over sauce or mayonnaise, for lunch the next day.
Dressing also makes a good dip for raw veggies.

Cookbook creator says: (If you want to use as a pie filling, add 2 Tbsp flour or corn starch to thicken juices before cooking.
Pour into 8 1/2 or 9 " frozen pie crust. (or use your own favorite crust).
