My kids love pizza, and so do I. However, I did not like the fact that it was loaded in fat and wasted calories. I found a compromise that my kids loved. Since my kids do not like veggies, I use a sauce which is a serving of veggies for every fourth of a cup. This is not true chicken mole', it is my adaptation after looking at recipes for mole' and wanting to do something quick, for the crockpot. Peanut butter, with chocolate, chilli, and cinnamon with chicken is not exactly a combination most people would think to put together, it is wonderful!!
