I've been battling the fat lady, "Bertha", that has taken up residence in my stomach for years. She loves lasagna, cakes, fried chicken with gravy, pizza with extra cheese...YIKES! So, I am putting together some recipes that would satisfy those cravings with a much healthier spin on them.
