Such a yummy parfait without all the sugar the food industry adds. I use berries that I freeze myself without any added sugar or sweeteners of any kind.

The raspberries add a hint of tartness to the sweetness of the vanilla yogurt, strawberries, and blueberries.

It's great for a packed lunch.

The McDonalds Fruit n' Yogurt Parfait is a great snack, but it's got a lot of calories for such a tiny little thing. This dish is a much larger, more filling portion with 10 fewer calories than the McD's parfait, 2 more grams of protein, less fat, and nearly the exact same taste and texture!
