There are lot of variations of dal in India but its a staple in Indian household. Almost everyday they eat some kind of dal. For this dal I either use moong or masoor dal.

This is yummy chili and very forgiving too. You can add any vegetable or beans you like. Add little brown sugar instead of ketchup. If you are a cheese lover add a handful of cheese on top of hot chili and enjoy
