The fresh basil complements the mango, and the orange or lemon sorbet really gives it a tangy kick. If I am using this as a meal substitute, I add a little extra yogurt and I am all set for a few hours.

Peel the cucumber for a cleaner taste and nice melon color if preferred (can reduce honey in that case) - i kept the skin on for nutritional value.
