This is an alcoholic shot that basically tastes like the filling on an Apple Pie. You can substitute light apple juice for lower calories if you can find it. I've also made this non-alcoholic as a drink which turned out really well.

The term "Frogmore Stew" is a bit of a misnomer. It's not really a stew and there are no frogs in it.

Easy as boiling water! The basic ingredients are simple, shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes.
