The Bircher muesli recipe I use and have for breakfast most morning. Vegan recipe although yoghurt on top is also lovely. If people don't love apples, orange juice is a nice change and any fruit can be used on top.

Found this recipe on the meatoutmondays.org website. I haven't tried it yet, but looks good and nutritious. All of the ingredients listed as optional below and almond milk are included in the Nutrition Tracker. Prep time does not include the overnight soaking of the oats. This recipe may also be used for pancakes.
