I started this diet for vertigo, but I lost weight and gained a new appreciation for cooking. Right now
My cooking is low in sodium and sugar, contains no artificial sweeteners, and tries to incorporate many vegetables and spices.
I'm still eating delicious meats, but more veggies crowd the plate

Substitute cob corn, make own taco seasoning, try whole chicken breasts or play with cooking time, strips will cook too quickly and shouldn't cut meant. Maybe fresh salsa, experiment with types of peppers. Cilantro?

Could try a little honey for the first time or leave it out. Good use for easy to make frozen brown rice.
Can try on a bed of greens. Look at other blueberry salmon recipes for more ideas. The one pictured uses chicken salad and bell peppers.

Two beans, maybe add a third. Soak beans same day you get ingredients. Beef is probably healthier than lamb.
Look up the nutrition value of lamb stew meat. Don't make too spicy. Use fresh tomatoes and note taste and consistency.

Calls for wheat tortillas and a fresh salsa. Plan ahead for soak time. Other pinto bean slow cooker recipes use bacon or ham. Season to make up for this.
Pico de gallo will help this dish a lot.
Just the kind of thing I'm looking for, try to find more like it.

Try with a Farmer's Market tortilla. Wheat tortilla or burrito shell may work best. Use avacado.

Cookbook creator says: Should use fresh fish and green beans right from the garden add something. The veggies weren't done the way I'd like them so will have to adjust vegetable cooking time. The Atlantic cod was delicious with a low sodium mushroom sauce made with a pepper medley and nutmeg.
