Thin pancakes that can be drizzled with honey, maple syrup or a teaspoon of sugar free marmalade for breakfast. Steamed spinach and onion wrapped in the crepe makes for a filling lunch or dinner. Don't stop there. Add some grilled or ground turkey to change up the recipe.

This is my take on Costco's incredibly yummy Cilantro Lime Shrimp. I like mine with lots of garlic and spicy. You can tone yours down by using less garlic and crushed red pepper. Enjoy!

This recipe is for a soft serve icecream maker... Although you could make in any icecream maker, but it does get pretty hard after it is frozen. You may need to thaw slightly before scooping.

This is definitely NOT diet food, but I always make them for friends' birthday and have one myself so as I was putting these on so I can track them I thought I would share them with you. They really are great - they look amazing and they always go down well! The long prep time is because the cakes have to cool completely before you can ice them.
