Shiritake noodles are INCREDIBLY low in calories, so this makes for a very nice, filling lo-cal lunch or dinner. They have a very strange, rubbery consistency if boiled like regular noodles, so I thought I'd stir fry them to see if that helps. It did! They are like normal noodles when stir fried.
