This is a low carb adaptation. There are no potatoes in this particular recipe due to my low carb lifestyle. It is tasty. You may add sour cream as a garnish.

Since the original recipe submitted by JOEKNEE had ingredients that were higher in carbs (i.e. fat free HH, carrots, turkey), I tweaked it and brought the carb count down some!
