Fast and healthy, You can also use fresh chicken and beans. You can use 1 tbsp olive oil instead of butter. I used butter because of the taste. If you add some bread and a mixed salad there is enough for two persons.

I found this recipe online through Pillsbury. I used reduced fat yogurt and sour cream, but you can save more calories if you use fat free.
