This icecream is so creamy and sweet, so light and smooth, you won't believe that it isn't filled with fat. I serve it for guests and no-one has ever guessed. You get your fruit serving too! The calorie count is probably less because I was very generous with the evaporated milk and it takes much less. Makes 2 generous servings or 3-4 tasters in small ramekins.
