Cookbook creator says: Excellent! I used another tzaziki recipe and baked it at 350 covered for 30 minutes and 10 more minutes uncovered. Use less salt next time when salting the cukes and use a cuisinart to "grate" the cucumbers.

Super easy, and fun. Not to mention delicious. Recipe is easily altered to serve as many people as you like. Same recipe is awesome for boneless pork too.
You can put white wine in the marinade too, which is really good- about a half cup.
You can sub dry oregano for the fresh just use less, about a tablespoon

take off from Bob Greene's Best of Life cookbook except I grill the burger and use any
nonfat plain yogurt I can find, Plus I make the recipe into 6 patties so I have some for lunches the next day!
