I have been craving baked goods since I went gluten-free. I found this recipe and it had great reviews so I had to try it myself. They are delicious. Just a tiny residual mouth-feel from the almond meal, but otherwise, you wouldn't be able to tell they don't have any grain in there. Got these cookies from this site:
