I have this for breakfast a lot! ( but you can also have it for snacks, and other meals )
if you have a smoothie maker all you need is just a bananna and ice! you dont need milk to have an amazing tasty smoothie. just add the bananna and ice into the smoothie maker, and wait until it looks smoothe! then its ready. it will give you energy too
