Excellent for those colder days, spices are nice too :) From the cookbook "Finally...Food I can eat!" for dairy-wheat-yeast-corn-sugar-eggs-soy-nuts and gluten sensitive people.

I juice fast from time to time and this is very satisfying on those tough days or when you need to scale back on the calories for a meal. Use the spices to your desired amount. I like mine VERY spicy! Use a good veggie broth to make it vegan.

A delicious and very quick dinner for two. Feel free to tweak the spices and seasonings - I like mine pretty spicy, but you can go easy on the garlic, ginger and chili if you prefer a milder dish.
