basically, this is a framework for homemade energy bar in a way. my hubby swears by them and can't eat more than 2 (and he's a big boy) because it's so filling.

Although the nuts give it a high fat content, it is all good fat. The oats give it great fiber and add some protein powder to boost the protein content and you have a fabulous snack bar that is healthy and delicious!
