You will never miss all the fat and oil or the flavor from regular stroganoff. This is quick and easy and low calorie and low fat and oh so good for you. It tastes just as good (or better in my opinion) and you are using lots of healthy ingredients.

This a recipe that I got from a tv show. It tastes great! There was no portions listed... I measure out a 1/4 cup of the mix per pancake and that made 18. 3 cakes per person = 6 servings.
