Cookbook creator says: Cinnamon needs to be cut down to 1/2 t. I subbe ff Lactaid for the ff evaporated milk with excellent results. Next time start the water for the pasta first, then cut the onion and cook the ground beef. Then start on the bechmel. I put mozerella on 1/2 of pist. and parm on other 1/2. took someone elses recipe and tweaked it with what I had in my pantry.... this is what I came up with. I think the fat is wrong as I used 93/7 ground beef.
