Bean Salad

1tin green beans
1 tin yellow beans all beans drained
1 tin red kidney beans
1 tin chick peas
1 onion,green pepper both diced
celery, carrots
1/3 cup oil
2 cups vinegar
1 cup sugar
3 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic salt
pepper
mix all ingredients together in bowl
