Use on pancakes, waffles, toast, or whatever you like. Makes a nice sweet topping in place of syrups. Plus under 40 calories per serving....My little ones say it looks just like ketchup!

Perfect for a meal on the go or a healthy snack. Perfect alternative to a sugary treat. This cookie contains less than a half gram of sugar per serving! To bring the calorie count down replace the brown sugar with splenda brand brown sugar.

With these pancakes you can make up the dry mix (I ususally double it) and keep it in the fridge and make it up only when needed. (which will be often as good as they are)
