This recipe takes some time, but itís a great breakfast meal for weekends on the Daniel Fast. I like to change the potatoes, depending on my schedule and what I have available. For fast meals, frozen shredded potatoes are great. But my favorite way to prepare this meal is to use chopped new potatoes.
