Freezer Cooking

I love freezer cooking! I usually do 3 wks worth in 1 session. I buy rotisserie chickens, shred them, & use for a lot of recipes. I brown 5 lbs. of grnd. turkey & mix in finely chopped onions, garlic, carrots, zucchini for extra veggies. See my other favorite recipes!

Cookbook creator says: Corn tortillas fell apart during fridge chill. Next time, will chill shorter amount of time. Also used flour tortillas, but not as good.
