SqueezyMama's Collection of Gastric Bypass Friendly Recipes

I had gastric bypass surgery on 7/5/11.
8 weeks later I started testing out recipes that I could eat and share with my family. Hope you find the ones I add here helpful!
(Named SqueezyMama because my 6 year old son has always called thin people "squeezy" - so now I am becoming "squeezy" for him!)

Baked Egg Cups
Very Good 4.5/5
(394 ratings)

Cookbook creator says: I used 1 & 1/2 cups of egg beaters instead of eggs, and had to cook eggs for 20 minutes. Gastric Bypass note: Great for soft foods stage. My husband loved these! Great for those mornings when you need to grab something and run!

This tastes soooo good! It's almost like a Push Up. A high protein, low carb dessert you will love! You can use any sugar free flavored Jello mix.
