My Grandma used to make this and it has passed down through the family with each of us adding our own little bits. You can substitute the potatoes for pasta if you want to use the mince for bolognaise.

A very basic quick and easy sweet and sour chicken recipe. Serve with rice or noodles.
I sometimes use different veg, depending on what is in the house. It is also good using pork instead of chicken.

Please note that I have put the prep time as 20 minutes but it does require standing time of 4-12 hours.

This is an old recipe handed down through my family. The nutrition information is for 50 biscuits but I can often make more, or less, it depends on the size and shape of the cutters. Please note that the prep time of 20 minutes does not include the 1-4 hours it takes for the dough to cool to a workable temperature.

This is my mum's recipe and I love it. There is no cooking time but you do need to be able to get the first stage out of the fridge after an hour before it sets too much so I have included this in the prep time of 1 hour 75 minutes.
