Not sure why it's called "French," but it makes a pretty good loaf of white bread. Not sure where I got the recipe.

Adapted from an old family recipe because I could not find anything similar for the ABM. The frozen zucchini loses most of it's liquid and 2 cups grated fresh reduces to about 1 cup defrosted. If using fresh, try one cup in the recipe and adjust liquids as needed.

Cookbook creator says: Slice thinner for more crispiness. Leave out parmesan (maybe try a little nutritional yeast for flavor?).

Use all chickpeas if you don't have fava beans. If you use canned beans, the sodium levels will be higher so omit the salt.
