Cookbook creator says: I made this with no oil and no seasonings and surprisingly it was very good! Great for watching your salt and fat this way, try it!
I made these with a dash of worchestershire, red pepper flakes, garlic, salt and pepper...they were SO delicious!

There is nothing to this dish...simply trim the stems and ends, toss with oil, and roast...you can also use asparagus as a delicious alternative
