For some reason no one in my family likes to eat those bread ends so I save them in a bag in the freezer and make this recipe when I have enough. My kids like to drizzle some syrup over the top. I enjoy mine plain with a cup of coffee. I usually prep the bread and have it ready in the baking pan the night before. I also prep the wet ingredients and store in the fridge overnight so that in the morning I can just throw the two together and pop it in the oven quickly.

I found a recipe on a mailing group but it wasn't a no-sugar-added one and for health reasons, it needs to be. I converted this recipe and jazzed it up a bit.
