The result also lowered the calories and carbohydrates a little, while increasing the fiber protein is the same. Great vegan cheese substitute. Very thick, good for a sandwich spread, or for use on tortillas. Sprinkle on things like diced tomatoes, chili peppers, black beans for a yummy quesadilla, or just spread on toasted bread and serve as grilled "cheeze" with tomato soup.
