this cake is remarkably moist and tasty. I haven't tried other cake flavors yet but I'm thinking spice cake mix might be quite nice! I serve this with whipped cream on the side, figure extra calories if you indulge.
This cake stayed moist on the counter for 3 days. My kids never noticed that it was a low fat recipe!Submitted by JEANIEG8
