This easy recipe combines a 1 ounce package of your favorite flavor of Jello Sugar Free Fat Free instant pudding with 32 ounces of plain nonfat yogurt for a half cup treat with a little yogurt zip. There are many variations on this idea. This is one that worked well for me.
