Cut up and freeze 2 c. of peaches ( I also like to use Mango)
To a Blender add 3 C. orange juice, add 2 c. frozen peaches and 4 TBL of Peach Schnapps
This makes 10 1/2c. mixture to pour into frozen popsicle molds

This is one of the recipes I am using in my quick start "juice" fast... I got the idea from the documentary, "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead". Made in a smoothie machine or blender, this is one of my favorite drinks to start my day. :)

Great really low calorie, low sodium snack. It is very filling and most of the time I only drink half on one day and half on the next. You can freeze it and snack on it with a spoon.
