used a recipe from allrecipes.com and subbed the egg for egg sub, sugar for truvia, all-purpose flour for whole wheat flour, applesauce for butter, soy milk for milk, and added the vanilla (you can also add pumpkin spice of cinnamon and nutmeg if you'd like)
