This was my Mom's recipe. It is a great side dish, & LOW in calories!! The soy sauce & water are both 1/4 cup. The lemon juice should be 1/2 tsp. My mom used lemon pepper, instead of lemon juice & black pepper, but i don't care for it. On occasion, I'll throw some mushrooms into the mix!!!Submitted by DONNALT9229

Just a recipe I came across when we had a ridiculous amount of red potatoes to eat from the garden. We have a family of five so I have doubled the original here. It will smell really garlicky, but doesn't taste so. You could always cut down on it if you don't like much garlic.
