BlueKarma's Veg*n & Omni Adjustable Recipes

I'm an imperfect vegan (some cheese incidents still) who cooks for an omni & ovo-lacto family. Rather than cook multiple entrees, etc, I've learned many strategies to make everybody happy. Most meals are from scratch, but nothing is difficult.

Don't be afraid to try these because they're vegan! These are delicious and lighter than traditional banana bread or muffins. I serve them often to omni guests and family members, with many requests for seconds. As always, I don't bother to tell people they're veg*n!

Feel free to substitute dairy milk or any milk alternative (rice, almond, etc) for the soy milk. You may also increase the sugar to 3/4 cup, especially if your bananas aren't overly ripe.

You've decided to make some hummus or goddess dressing, only to find you're out of tahini. Rats!
Making your own tahini is very easy. You control the oil and ingredients. Just keep sesame seeds in your freezer, and you'll be good to go at a moment's notice.
