Trying to improve upon a basic pie crust. I will be trying this with a pumpkin pie. It might be interesting to try ground almond for some of the flour sometime.

This is a dense, moist bread packed with vitamin A. A good way to get your family (or yourself) to eat more vegetables!

This recipe is for two loaves of bread. I make one regular loaf and four mini loaves. You can simply cut the measurements in half to make one loaf.

adapted from Rebecca49's recipe, just healthier. (Thank you Rebecca49! My kids love this!) Very moist. No frosting needed although a sprinkling of powdered sugar looks nice.

Cookbook creator says: I made these and they don't look very pretty. They collapsed in the middle; but had a chewy top that was sooo good. That was the taste test while still warm.
