*McCormick Italian Seasoning, 0.25 tsp
*Prego 100% Natural Italian Sauce - Traditional 1 jar
Butter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
Basil, .5 tsp
Oregano, ground, .5 tsp

This easy to make and kid friendly casserole is only 3 Weight Watchers points per serving. Each serving counts as 1 serving of vegetables, 1 serving of milk, 1/2 serving of healthy oil, and almost a full day's supply of Vitamin C. With only a 162 calories each, go ahead and have two servings!

We browned this sausage and then sauted some onions/bell peppers to go onto of this vegan dog....delicious! Experiment with your seasonings and come up with new varieties! We are making a mexican dog next time with cumin, jalapenos, cilantro, etc. We make a triple batch each time and freeze, then thaw out and use as needed.

I used to get wonderful tempeh scallopini in Denver. This isn't quite it, but it's the best substitute so far. The restaurant served it on mashed potatoes with a side of cooked greens.
