Cookbook creator says: Instead of using butter in the frying pan, I sprayed a non-stickl cooking spray in a glass casserole dish and baked me chicken. I baked it at 350 degrees, 20 mins covered. Then I added the sauce and cheese and baked it 20 mins more uncovered. It turned out amazing!! Definately making again!

From "Real Simple" Magazine. A Delicious recipe. Get the whole thing, with a better description at their website. Recipe suggests serving with arugula and tomato sald, not included in this recipe. *Note* I've adjusted the recipe in the recipe calculator to more accurately reflect the nutritional information provided by Real Simple. Cholesterol is 86mg (less than calculator says) and fiber is 3g (more than calculator)
