These easy fish cakes use canned tuna as a main ingredient. I have omitted the bread crumbs and use eggs as a binding agent.
The spices are just a suggestion, put whateve spices you like in to suit your taste.
Suggestion: Mix all ingredients except the egg in at first. You can "taste test" the resulting mixture as the tuna is fully cooked.

If I use Sirloin steak I needle it on both sides.
If I use a 1/4 thick round steak I beat it to tenderize it

This is a great fall soup that is a whole meal itself. It is very filling. The soup keeps great in the fridge and freezes well. By cooking it in a slow cooker the whole house smell wonderful. It is great for diabetic and if you are gluten intolerant.

Konjac Noodles are just fiber, therefore they have no calories! Rinse in several changes of water, as they have a somewhat fishy odor out of package. It goes away with rinsing and then boil for about 5 minutes.

Konjac Spaghetti is available on line, since it is all fiber, it contains no digestible calories or carbs. It comes packed in liquid and has a somewhat unpleasant odor out of the package. It goes away with rinsing. Rinse it well and let it drain. Making your own spaghetti sauce keeps the calories and carbs low.
