This is loosely based off of a traditional cucumber sandwich. I'm trying to keep my carbohydrate count down so I skipped the bread and used the cucumber as the base

I think this is awesome for breakfast! It is high in protien and healthy goodness. Its also low in calories. If you do it without the cocoa powder, its a delicious banana shake :)
