Amish Oatmeal
3 c quick cooking oats
1 c sugar
1 c milk
1/2 c margarine
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 t vanilla
Combine and mix well. Spread evenly in a 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Spoon into bowls and cover with warm milk, fruit and brown sugar.
